Yes when you enter our shopping cart it is protected by an SSL certificate and all information transmitted is encrypted.

When do you ship:
We do our best to ship most orders the next business day.

Store Hours:
Our  store hours are Monday through Saturday 10AM to 5PM.

Paying by Check
Yes we accept checks in US Dollars only. The check has to be from a recognized USA Bank or financial institution. Please note checks take 10 business days to clear after we have received them. Once cleared we will ship your order.

Yes we accept PayPal. You can do this directly within the shopping cart. If you prefer we can send payment to info@ericthorsengallery.com. We are a verified merchant within PayPal.

Can I order by Mail
If you prefer, place your order by mail using payment by credit card, check, or money order. Please note that if paying by check, it takes the bank about 10 days to clear the check, goods are shipped when the check clears.

Who pays International Customs Duties and Taxes:
Our prices and our shipping costs do not include any local customs duties or local taxes. For information on duties and taxes please contact your customs department. Typically most items arriving from overseas are charged either Customs duty and/or local taxes. Every country has different rules, so if you have questions please ask first and we will try to help. It is your responsibility to pay any Duties and Taxes.Free Ground Shipping within the Continental US.

Ordering by Phone
Please contact us to answer questions and take your credit card orders over the phone. We are open Monday-Saturday: 10AM-5PM PST (Mountain Standard Time). If you leave a message we will return your call as soon as possible. Call (406).837.4366

Ordering by Email
We accept orders by email. This is very easy if you have purchased from us before and your address and credit card information is the same. Send us an email, please tell us who you are, what you would like to order.
For new customers we can accept your order by email, but we do not recommend sending your credit card information via email as it is not secure. Either split up the card number and send it to us in a couple of emails, we do require the CVV number, or even better phone us or fax us this information.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any order.
If an order is placed, and there is a description or pricing error, we will email you within 48 hours, to advise you of the error, and to offer a resolution to the problem.

Privacy Policy
TheThorsen Gallery does not disclose or sell buyers' information to any third parties. We do not sell, share or distribute email address.

Thorsen Gallery guarantees your satisfaction with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Thorsen Gallery, return it within 30 days for credit, or refund of the original purchase price.

Should your sculpture arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by phone, e-mail or fax for return instructions. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please call us 1.406.837.4366, e-mail: info@ericthorsengallery.com, or fax: 1.406.837.4520. We will have Fed Ex pick up the package, so please keep the box and all packing materials. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your concerns.

Returns without an authorization will not be accepted.  Postage cost for returning items is not covered.  If the return is due to an error we have made then will we refund the postage.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with your limited edition bronze sculpture purchased from Thorsen Gallery., you may return it within 30 days for credit toward another sculpture or refund of its original purchase price. Your only costs would be shipping charges & any necessary repair costs if the sculpture was damaged while in your possession. Package your return carefully and return to us, Please include a copy of your sales receipt / invoice.
